We have been closely following Government Guidelines with regards to COVID-19 and are confident that our September and October events will be able to go ahead in a safe way.
What this means for you:
We would ask that anyone who is displaying symptoms of coronavirus or who has been in contact with anyone who has coronavirus does not attend our tree climbing events. In this instance we will arrange for a full refund or change your booking to a later date.
We will be providing and asking our customers to hand sanitize both before climbing and after climbing.
We will be increasing the cleaning of all of our equipment.
Our instructors will be wearing personal protective equipment including gloves and visors to help protect them and our customers.
We will be asking spectators to observe social distancing whilst the event is in progress.
Whilst masks aren’t compulsory for our customers, we encourage their use.
